Founded in 2008, the consortium is formed by De.Mar Impianti Srl and N.E.C. Naval Electrical Company S.r.l., and operates at the shipyards in Monfalcone, Ancona and Marghera, as well as at sites in Ronchi dei Legionari and Ruda.

With over 200 employees, S.&I.CO is an international leader in the design, creation and installation of electrical systems and control panels for the shipbuilding sector.
In particular, it specialises in SDCN, LES and ACS systems, systems for on-board hospitals and lifeboats, and refitting and service worldwide.
